UKMT Maths challenge

The UK Maths Trust, a leading mathematics charity, hosts a Team Maths Challenge each year, which gives students the opportunity to tackle a variety of engaging mathematical activities whilst developing teamwork and communication skills. GHS attended the reginal final last week, held at at Tiffin School. After an electrifying full day of maths (group round, cross-number round, shuttle round and relay races) against 23 schools who all provided excellent competition, GHS placed in the top 3. A fantastic achievement and a fabulous day out; congratulations to everyone who took part!
