Physics Trip to Geneva

A group of our Sixth Form pupils had a wonderful time in Geneva over the half term. They visited CERN, The European Organization for Nuclear Research, which operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. They had a blast exploring The Large Hadron Collider, the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator, and also got to check out the History of Science Museum. As an added bonus, they also enjoyed an excellent guided tour of the United Nations. It was a super trip, enjoyed by all, coming back with brains a little heavier (and bellies a bit more full from the Fondue)! Thank you.
