Lower Sixth Production
On 26th and 27th June the lower sixth gave wonderful performances of the play ‘Second Person Narrative’ by Jemma Kennedy.
The play uses a second-person perspective to explore the life of a character from birth to death, showcasing pivotal moments and choices that shape her identity and life story. It’s a play that delves into themes of selfhood, decision-making, and the construction of a life, while also being incredibly funny. The lower sixth students acted marvellously, and it was made even more immersive by the choice to perform it in the round.
Well done to the cast and to everyone involved – it was thought-provoking, hilarious, and brilliant!
